Ad creative — med spas only
We write, design and edit the ads med spas run on Meta and TikTok — hooks that stop the scroll, and copy that clears health-policy review the first time.
Why med spa ads stall
None of them are fixed by raising the daily budget.
Meta treats aesthetics as health. Copy that names the viewer's body, before-and-afters, and weight-loss claims trip the personal attributes policy — and rejections compound into account restrictions.
A single ad set running the same static for six weeks. Frequency climbs, cost per consult climbs with it, and there's nothing in the queue to rotate in.
Discount-led ads pull people shopping for a coupon, not a treatment. The form fills look great and the calendar stays empty.
The difference, concretely
Here's the rewrite we'd do on three ads we see med spas running every week.
// Policy rules shift. We rewrite against the current version, not last year's.
What lands in your folder
Delivered in Drive, named and sized for each placement. You or your media buyer upload and go.
Edited from your clips or ours — 9:16, first three seconds built to stop the scroll.
Feed, story and reel sizes. Multiple angles per treatment so you always have something to rotate.
Written to pass review, with variants for split testing.
Consult-led framings that fill the calendar instead of pulling discount hunters.
Exactly what to film in-clinic on a phone — treatment room, provider, prep, aftercare.
New batch before fatigue sets in, informed by which angles performed.
How it runs
Twenty minutes. Your treatments, your margins, what you've already run and what flopped.
We send concepts before we design anything. You pick the ones that match how you actually talk about the work.
First batch produced and delivered. One round of revisions included, turned around in 48 hours.
You run them. We watch what wins and build the next batch off it.
Straight answer
Flivex Media is early. We don't have a wall of logos or a case study deck, and posting someone else's screenshots wouldn't tell you anything true.
What we do have is a narrow focus. Med spas only — which means we already know why your Kybella ad got rejected, why laser hair removal sells better in October, and why "book your free consult" outperforms "20% off" for anything over a thousand dollars.
So we're pricing the first few clients accordingly, and we'd rather show you work than talk about it.
Founding client terms
Before you ask
Creative only. We build what goes in the ad account — you or your media buyer handle targeting, budget and bidding. If you don't have anyone doing that yet, say so on the call and we'll point you somewhere decent.
No. We send a shot list your front desk can film on an iPhone in an afternoon — treatment room, provider talking, prep, aftercare. That raw footage usually outperforms polished stock anyway. We can also build the first batch entirely from statics while you gather clips.
Nobody can. Review is partly automated and the policy moves. What we can do is write to the current health and personal-attributes rules so rejections are rare, and rewrite fast when one lands.
Right now we're focused on US med spas — the policy environment, treatment mix and pricing are all specific enough that staying narrow makes the work better.
Depends on volume and whether you need video, statics or both. We'll quote on the call once we know your treatment list. No retainer lock-in while we're proving ourselves.
Next step
Tell us what you've been running and we'll tell you what we'd change. If there's a fit, we'll build the three ads.
